Inclusivity and individualised care are at the heart of my practice. My passion is supporting women and birthing people to have the birth that aligns with them. I stand firm against discrimination in both my professional and personal life, and I’m proud to come from a gay family. Whatever your family dynamic may look like, I’m here to support and celebrate it with you.
As your doula I am here to offer unbiased, physical, emotional, and practical support tailored to who you are and how you want to birth. I am confident and comfortable in all birth settings. My role isn’t to replace anyone but to become a supportive part of your team, helping everyone work together towards your dream birth. Every birth matters and should be treated like the extrordinary event is it, not only for the baby but for the parents too.
I believe when parents feel supported, informed, and nurtured, they are best equipped to trust their instincts through pregnancy, birth, the fourth trimester, and the early years of parenthood.
Being a doula is the greatest privilege. I carry out my role with professionalism, respect and sensitivity.
I am an experienced Birth & Postnatal Doula and a KGHypnobirthing teacher. I live in West Hertfordshire and offer my services within a one-hour travel radius. I am a mum of 3 and as a family we love live music, reading, dancing, being outdoors and eating pizza.
Luka was absolutely brilliant in her approach; her expertise, care and calming presence made the world of difference. Her support and confidence not only led to a shorter labour but a successful vaginal delivery following a pervious c-section.
